Water damage in Franklin, Wisconsin

Franklin sits in southern Milwaukee County, where heavy storms, spring thaws and high water tables can overwhelm basements and sump pumps. When the power goes out in a storm, sump pumps stop, and basements can flood quickly. Straight-line winds and severe storms, like the July 2026 downburst one reviewer describes, can also damage roofs and let water into the home.
